The types of container for exports are Standard container, Open top container, Flat Rack container, Platform(Plat) container, Ventilated container, Refrigerated container, Tank container. 

This all are types of container which is use for different types of goods. like, Standard container is for dry products, Refrigerated is for cold products and Tank container is for liquid goods.

Standard Container

This is a commonly used container in the market. This container normally made of Steel and aluminum. This container are airtight and water-resistant and also protect inside goods from outside damages.

If we talk about this container size for export than this container is available in 20' and 40' feet size.20' feet container's Payload capacity is 21920kg and 40' feet container's Payload capacity is 26580kg.

Standard container carry many type of dry cargo like boxes, plates, sacks, barrels etc.

Open top Container

 This container is mainly use for oversized goods to carry . Because, this container have no roof . This container's on side is tarpaulin not any metal roof.

This type of container size in for export is 20'feet and 40'feet sizes. This Container's main benefit is some time we need container which carry the weight but also carry the oversized goods that time this type of container's are very useful.

Open Top container's in mostly carry goods like, huge tires, machines, steal products.



Flat Rack Container

This kind of containers in having walls only at the start and end. This container's are useful when cargo needs to be loaded from the top or other sides due to different dimension load.

Flat Rack container also available in 20' and 40' feet sizes. 20' feet container payload is 21,670kg and 40' feet container payload is 25,220kg.

This Container mainly used for heavy or bulky cargo like, Machinery, Timber, Pipes, Bus, Boats etc. These kind of bulky products are not fit any standard containers.


Ventilated Container

Ventilated container also known as a coffee and natural container. In Ventilated container ventilation is provided by the openings in bottom and top side of rails of container. Such openings are specially made for protecting from rain or spray from outside to let in.

Ventilated container in 20' feet container in payload is 1000kg .

The Ventilated container is used for cargo which needs ventilation. In this cargo carry goods such as green coffee beans, cocoa beans and other organic goods.

Refrigerated Container

Refrigerator container is look like simple container but the main difference is this container is as a large fridge that can control temperature of this cargo.

Refrigerator 20' feet container's payload capacity is 23,950kg. This cargo in you keep your goods with whatever temperature is required for your goods it's provide in this container.

Refrigerator container carry products like Pharma, Wine, Fruits & Vegetables, Frozen meat, Ice-cream etc. This container provide temperature which inside goods required for keep fresh.


Tank Container

Tank container are basically, cylindrical vessels which within 20ft standard size. And it's use for hazardous and non-hazardous liquid goods.

Tank container is made of stainless steel with a protective layer of aluminum. The capacity of Tank container is vary from 27,000 to 40,000 litter.

This container is used for transportation of  bulk liquids, gases and powders . In short this container is for transportation of liquid products.
